Ajustes al Presupuesto del Sistema General de Regalías . Durante la ejecución del presupuesto del Sistema General de Regalías, el Gobierno Nacional podrá adelantar, mediante Decreto, los ajustes necesarios cuando se presenten diferencias sustantivas entre los recursos presupuestados y los efectivamente recaudados por el Sistema. El Gobierno Nacional mediante Decreto podrá adelantar las correcciones necesarias para enmendar los errores de transcripción, aritméticos o de cálculo en la distribución del Presupuesto del Sistema General de Regalías.
