Artículo tercero. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, los enfermos hospitalizados continuarán devengando el subsidio que les asignó el Decreto 0475 de 1954, para atender a sus gastos personales, aumentados en un ciento por ciento (100 %) como lo ordena el artículo 5º de la Ley 148 de 1961. En consecuencia, los enfermos inválidos hospitalizados devengarán un subsidio de ochenta centavos ($ 0.80) diarios, y los no inválidos hospitalizados tendrán derecho a percibir un subsidio de sesenta centavos ($ 0.60) diarios.
