Articulo 19 . EI Ministerio de Comunicaciones, con base en los informes de los Inspectores de Cine y sus propias indagaciones podrán solicitar al correspondiente Alcalde que imponga las sanciones de cualquiera, de los hechos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 158 del Decreto 1355 de 1970.
