Programa de Monitoreo de las Fuentes Hídricas. Las Autoridades Ambientales Competentes deberán efectuar Programas de Monitoreo de las fuentes hídricas en por lo menos, los siguientes parámetros de calidad: DBO, SST, DQO, OD, Coliformes Fecales y pH. Los resultados del programa de monitoreo deberán ser reportados anualmente al Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial y ser publicados por las respectivas Autoridades Ambientales Competentes en medios masivos de comunicación.
