Los fondos que se creen en virtud de lo dispuesto en este Decreto estarán exentos de todo impuesto nacional. Los trabajadores afiliados no estarán sujetos al impuesto de patrimonio sobre sus tenencias en los fondos, ni al impuesto de renta sobre los intereses y participaciones que estos reciban.
