Juramento deferido por la ley . Cuando la ley autoriza al juez, para pedir el juramento a una de las partes, ésta deberá prestarlo dentro de la oportunidad para practicar pruebas, en la fecha y hora que se señale. El juramento deferido tendrá el valor probatorio que la misma ley le asigne.
