En las demandas que se ventilen ante la jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo y que interesen al ramo de Guerra, la admisión de las mismas será notificada personalmente al Secretario General del Ministerio de Guerra, quien en dicho acto podrá constituir apoderado sin perjuicio de las funciones que como Agente del Ministerio Público corresponda al Fiscal de la corporación.
