Artículo segundo. Esta norma es un Decreto legislativo y con vigencia provisional, la cual terminó junto con el estado de sitio en el marco del cual se dictó. La Oficina Nacional de Estadística tendrá como función primordial la de cooperar con la Oficina Planificadora a fin de que su actividad esté orientada en el sentido de producir informaciones que sirvan para un estudio coherente de la economía nacional.
