La vigilancia y control fiscal que corresponden a la Contraloría General de la República por mandato constitucional y en virtud de la presente Ley, no afectan las funciones de vigilancia administrativa atribuidas a la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas, la cual continuará ejerciéndolas sin perjuicio de la acción que compete a dicha Contraloría.
