Los Gerentes o Directores Administrativos y los miembros de los Consejos Directivos deberán tomar posesión ante el Superintendente del Subsidio Familiar o su Delegado Regional. En defecto de este último podrá hacerlo ante el respectivo Gobernador del Departamento.
