° El artículo 5° del Decreto 2769 de 1991 quedará así: "La asamblea de los trabajadores, reunida para los efectos previstos en el artículo 1°, podrá deliberar con cualquier número plural de asistentes. Las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría de los votos presentes. Para estos efectos, el trabajador tendrá tantos votos como unidades posea en el fondo".
