- AREA DE EXPROPIACION. Para los efectos del artículo anterior, podrán los Municipios decretar la expropiación de los bienes raíces que requieran para las obras allí indicadas, entendiéndose de utilidad pública o de interés social la expropiación de toda área general de la cual haga parte la porción en que haya de ejecutarse la respectiva obra (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 45).
