Los miembros de la Banda Nacional tendrán derecho a disfrutar de una pensión de jubilación que se liquidará con el setenta y cinco por ciento (75) del mayor sueldo devengado, cuando hayan cumplido veinte (20) años de servicio y cincuenta (50) años de edad.
