Las utilidades o pérdidas de las dos Secciones-Hipotecaria y Cjjmercial-en que se dividan los Bancos de Crédito Territorial, corresponderán separadamente a los respectivos accionistas de cada una de ellas. Los gastos de administración se distribuirán entre las dos Secciones, en la forma que determinen los estatutos y reglamentos de cada Banco de Crédito Territorial.
