° Convocatoria del Comité. El Comité será convocado al menos con 5 días hábiles de anticipación, salvo en casos urgentes calificados así por el Presidente del mismo. Por solicitud de sus miembros, a las sesiones del Comité podrán asistir los funcionarios públicos que el Presidente del Comité considera conveniente invitar.
