Art. 2° Cada una de la Oficinas telegráficas se proveerá por si de plumas y de tintas, y para este objeto se asignan las cantidades siguientes: Ochenta pesos ($80) anuales para la oficina telegráfica central; diez y seis pesos ($16) para la oficina de cuenta, diez pesos ($10) a cada una de las oficinas de Barranquilla, Santa marta, Cartagena, Ocaña, Pamplona, Bucaramanga, Sam Gil, Socorro, Zipaquirá, La Meta, Facatativá, Tocaima, Honda, Neiva, Cali, Popayán, Palmira Buenaventura, Tunja y Manizales; y cinco pesos ($5) para cada una de la oficinas restantes.
