Nombrase una junta especial compuesta por el Alcalde, el Personero, el Presidente del Concejo Municipal y un ciudadano nombrado por la Gobernación de Caldas, a fin de que la cantidad a que se refiere el artículo anterior sea justa y equitativamente distribuida entre los damnificados, atendidas sus condiciones económicas, seguros contra incendio, etc.
