SANCIONES POR INCUMPLIMIENTO DE TÉRMINO. El Oficial o Suboficial que sin justa causa dejare de cumplir un traslado dentro de los términos establecidos en el artículo precedente incurrirá en falta sancionable por el Comandante de la Unidad de destino. Así mismo incurrirá en falta disciplinaria el Comandante o Jefe de repartición que en iguales circunstancias impidiere o retardare la ejecución del traslado por el subalterno.
