Integridad Cultural. Todo explorador o explotador de minas está en la obligación de realizar sus actividades de manera que no vayan en desmedro de los valores culturales, sociales y económicos de las comunidades y grupos étnicos ocupantes real y tradicionalmente del área objeto de las concesiones o de títulos de propiedad privada del subsuelo.
