ARTICULO 2 º. En ningún caso la remuneración de un docente podrá exceder la que corresponda al Rector de la Universidad por concepto de asignación básica y gastos de representación. El cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la remuneración de los empleados públicos docentes de la universidad, tendrá carácter de gastos de representación, únicamente para efectos fiscales.
