Art. 20. Tan pronto como esto decreto se publique, la Oficina general de Cuentas enviará al Ministerio de Hacienda una lista completa de todos los responsables del Erario que no hayan rendido sus cuentas y de los que al rendirlas hayan resultado con alcance líquido, incluyendo todos aquellos individuos que por esta causa sean deudores á la Nación. Esta lista se formará por orden alfabético de apellidos. Dicha lista se insertará inmediatamente en el Diario Oficial (en un solo número) y se tendrá á la vista en el Ministerio para los efectos á que haya lugar.
