Adscríbense al servicio de la Armada Nacional las Unidades a Flote destinadas por la Gobernación del Departamento de Bolívar, mediante Resoluciones números 1639 de 1978 (diciembre 21), 913 de 1980 (junio 23), 235 de 1980 (febrero 22), 627 de 1980 (mayo 6), 845 de 1981 (junio 17), 391 de 1981 (marzo 20), 885 de 1981 (junio 19) y 1943 de 1980 (diciembre 19) respectivamente, que se relacionan y denominan a continuación: EX- "La Esperanza" - ARC "Alderaban" EX- "Flota La Pacha" - ARC "Altahir". EX- "La Mano Poderosa Nº 3" (Bote Fibra de Vidrio) - ARC "Capella". EX- "Saky" - ARC "Castor". EX- "As Negro" - ARC "Dubhe". EX- "Don Sam" - ARC "Rigel". Bote Fibra de Vidrio - ARC "Spica". Bote Fibra de Vidrio - ARC "Regulus".

Parágrafo

La clasificación, distintivo y dotación de las unidades citadas serán determinadas por el Comando de la Armada Nacional.
