En las Escuelas de Artesanos como en los Institutos Politécnicos Complementarios para Señoritas, el horario escolar se distribuirá teniendo en cuenta aproximadamente un 70% destinado al aprendizaje práctico, y un 30% destinado a la formación intelectual, moral, religiosa y cívica de los alumnos, ya fueren cursos regulares, complementarios o extraordinarios.
