Artículo único . Condónese al Sr. Tomás French la suma de mil treinta pesos ochenta y cinco centavos ($1.030-85) por la que se le ejecuta, como valor de unas multas que se le impusieron por el retardo de la entrega de diversas partidas de sal en el Almacén oficial de Málaga, según contrato celebrado el 1.° de Mayo de 1893 con el Gobierno Nacional.

Parágrafo

Condónase también las demás sumas que se le liquiden por demoras á causa del expresado contrato, y , en consecuencia, suspéndanse las acciones judiciales pendientes contra dicho Sr. French por tales cobros.
