Transición . Hasta tanto se adopte la estructura y planta de personal de la Agencia Nacional Inmobiliaria Virgilio Barco Vargas, la entidad continuará rigiéndose en materia de personal y órganos de dirección por lo señalado en el Decreto ley 4184 de 2011. En materia presupuestal, contable y de tesorería la Agencia continuará rigiéndose, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2015, por las normas aplicables a la Empresa Nacional de Renovación y Desarrollo Urbano Virgilio Barco Vargas, S.A.S., EVB S.A.S., de conformidad con la ley de creación”.
