Respecto de los miembros de la Junta Central y de las Seccionales, en su caso, operarán las mismas causales de impedimento y de recusación previstas para los funcionarios de la Rama Jurisdiccional. Las infracciones o delitos en que incurran los mismos, serán sancionados en la forma prevista para dicha clase de funcionarios.
