Si el Gobierno contratare con la Empresa del Ferrocarril de Girardot, queda autorizado para celebrar con ella transacciones por las cuales se abonen a la deuda pendiente del Ferrocarril a favor de la Nación los valores que dicha Empresa invierta en la construcción del ramal autorizado por la presente Ley; y también para pactar las condiciones en que deba administrarse la nueva línea.
