Definición de Participe. Para efectos del presente Capítulo, se entiende por partícipe las regiones, departamentos, municipios y distritos, en cabeza de los departamentos, que conforme al artículo 113 de la Ley 2056 de 2020, sean informados a través de la instrucción de abono a cuenta por el Departamento Nacional de Planeación al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. La Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público informará al Banco de la República los partícipes respectivos.
