El capital social de la Empresa Colombiana de Productos Veterinarios, VECOL S.A. podrá aumentarse cuando lo disponga la Asamblea General de Accionistas, de conformidad con sus estatutos y con la Ley. La Nación podrá aumentar su participación en la Sociedad, mediante la capitalización de utilidades o aportes nuevos a juicio del Ministerio de Agricultura.
