Registro de animales de circo. Todo circo que posea o exhiba animales de la fauna silvestre está obligado a registrarse ante la entidad administradora del recurso relacionando los animales con sus características, procedencia, documentación que acredite su obtención legal, incluidos los individuos de especies exóticas no existentes en el país.

Para la movilización deberán contar con un salvoconducto que expedirá la entidad administradora del recurso en cuyo territorio se traslade.
