Régimen de garantías . Toda Sociedad de Intermediación Aduanera deberá constituir y presentar, una vez otorgado el Certificado de Autorización, una garantía bancaria o de Compañía de Seguros en los términos que indique la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la expedición del citado Certificado. Si la garantía a que se refiere este artículo no se presenta dentro del término señalado y con el cumplimiento de los requisitos que se establezcan, la Autorización quedará automáticamente sin efecto.
