Los prestatarios del servicio especial de banda ciudadana no tendrán exclusividad en el uso de las frecuencias asignadas para el servicio, de modo que deberán aceptar las interferencias perjudiciales de otros servicios de telecomunicaciones preferenciales y suspender las transmisiones cuando estén causando interferencia a servicios autorizados.
