Afiliación irregular para pago de incapacidades o licencias. Las personas que se afilien al sistema argumentando relación laboral inexistente o con fundamento en ingresos no justificados perderán el derecho a las prestaciones económicas que se le hubieren reconocido durante dicho período. Cuando la conducta se determine con posterioridad al goce del derecho, será deber del usuario efectuar los reembolsos correspondientes.
