El Certificado de paz y salvo de que trata el artículo 43 de la Ley 81 de 1960, será expedido por la Seccional del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) correspondiente al domicilio principal del empleador, previa presentación por parte de éste de las constancias expedidas por las demás Seccionales del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) sobre el pago del subsidio familiar y del aporte para esta Institución respecto de los salarios causados en los Departamentos donde tuviere sucursales o agencias.
