º. Ejecutoriado el auto de proceder, se abrirá el juicio a pruebas por tres Días, dentro de los cuales las personas que intervengan en el proceso podrán pedir los que consideren pertinente. Vencido este término el Juez decretaré la práctica de pruebas que se hubieren solicitado y que fueren conducentes, y de aquellas otras que estimare necesarias. Las pruebas decretadas deberán practicarse dentro del término de quince días.
