Parágrafo

del artículo 9 ° del Decreto 1378 del 26 de abril de 2010, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo

A partir de la fecha de publicación del presente decreto, los empleos del Consejero Auxiliar 1125, Subdirector General, Subdirector de Operaciones, Alto Asesor de Seguridad Nacional, Director de Programa Presidencial "Colombia Joven", Jefes de Oficina, Jefes de Área y Asesor Grados 13 y 14 de la Presidencia de la República, percibirán en las mismas condiciones y cuantía, la bonificación de dirección establecida en el Decreto 3150 de septiembre 8 de 2005 y demás normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan".
