ARTICULO 57. DE LA VIGENCIA. Las reglas del presente decreto se aplicarán al reconocimiento y pago de las prestaciones desde el 20 de abril de 1978, cualquiera sea la fecha en que se hayan causado. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, surte efectos fiscales desde el 20 de abril del presente año y subroga en su totalidad el decreto-ley 777 de 1978.
