Artículo decimotercero. Tendrán derecho al subsidio los autobuses que se encuentren matriculados en la fecha del presente Decreto, en el servicio público urbano en la respectiva localidad, y los importados para servicio urbano que estando nacionalizados en esta misma fecha se matriculen en la cuidad correspondiente.
