Los Oficiales Y Suboficiales De Las Fuerzas Militares En Servicio Activo, Casados O Viudós Con Hijos Legítimos, Tendrán Derecho Al "subsidio Familiar", Que Se Liquidará Mensualmente Sobre El Sueldo Básico, Así; Por Su Estado Civil (Casado O Viudo), El Treinta Por Ciento (30%)

º Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, casados o viudós con hijos legítimos, tendrán derecho al "SUBSIDIO FAMILIAR", que se liquidará mensualmente sobre el sueldo básico, así; Por su estado civil (casado o viudo), el treinta por ciento (30%). Por el primer hijo, el cinco por ciento (%5) y por cada uno de los demás, el cuatro por ciento (4%).

Parágrafo

Para tener derecho al subsidio de que trata este artículo es requisito indispensable que el interesado comprueba que sostiene su hogar. o que sus hijos le dependen económicamente.
