ARTICULO 16. -Los colombianos mayores de edad, que por cualquier motivo, no puedan acreditar que han aprobado 4º año de bachillerato, y que aspiren a la licencia de locutores, podrán obtener mediante la presentación de exámenes complementarios en un colegio oficial, sobre las siguientes materias, cuyos temas suministrara el Ministerio de Educación: a Geografía e Historia de Colombia b Geografía e Historia Universal c Inglés y Francés d Conocimientos generales de arte y literatura.
