Los permisos para Oficiales, Suboficiales y personal civil podrán concederlos las respectivas autoridades con atribuciones disciplinarias hasta por cinco (5) días, lo que exceda de este tiempo debe ser computado con cargo a vacaciones. Artículo 63. Los permisos para Oficiales y Suboficiales que presten sus servicios en lugares donde se desarrollen operaciones militares para restablecer el orden público, podrán concederse hasta par el doble de tiempo contemplado en el artículo anterior.
