Las enmiendas aprobadas por la Asamblea de Partes entrarán en vigencia a partir de la fecha de la ratificación de por lo menos tres (3) de las Partes, y podrán entrar en vigencia provisional para el resto de las Partes, hasta por un (1) año cuando éstas así lo soliciten y de acuerdo a su ordenamiento constitucional.
