Artículo único. Apruébase el Tratado por el cual se fijan definitivamente los límites entre Colombia y el Ecuador; tratado suscrito en esa capital el 24 de Mayo del presente año entre su Excelencia don Julio Betancourt, Plenipotenciario Especial de Colombia, y su Excelencia el Sr. General don Julio Andrade, Enviado Extraordinario y Ministerio Plenipotenciario del Ecuador ante el gobierno de Colombia.
