El alumno que sea retirado del Instituto, cualquiera que sea la causa o fundamento de su baja, no tendrá derecho a la devolución de la pensión correspondiente al mes en que se cause dicha novedad. En caso de que haya pagado anticipadamente la de otros meses, le será devuelto el dinero, después de deducir el valor de los elementos que hubiere perdido o dañádo. DEPOSITO
