Art. 21. El empleado del Resguardo que teniendo conocimiento que se comete un fraude contra las rentas no lo descubriere ante el inmediato superior, será removido por el Poder Ejecutivo en vista de los comprobantes respectivos, sin perjuicio de hacerle efectiva la responsabilidad legal en que incurra.
