La Biblioteca Popular de Cultura Colombiana del Ministerio de Educación coleccionará y editará las obras en prosa y verso de Candelario Obeso. Además de los ejemplares que se den al mercado, el Ministerio ordenará que se editen en número suficiente para distribuir en las Bibliotecas y Universidades de España e Hispanoamérica, y, dentro del país, en universidades, bibliotecas y colegios de segunda enseñanza.
