Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que en una segunda prueba de capacitaci6n profesional exigida para el ascenso, no obtengan calificaciones satisfactorias, serán retirados del servicio activo por incapacidad técnica y no podrán ser llamados nuevamente al servicio activo en tiempo de paz.
