º .El artículo 135 del Decreto 2148 de 1983, quedará así: "El pliego de cargos se notificará en forma señalada en el Capítulo X del Decreto 01 de 1984, para que en el término de ocho (8) días el notario presente los correspondientes descargos, y solicite y aporte pruebas para lo cual tiene un término adicional de ocho (8) días. Los anteriores términos se cuentan a partir de la notificación de del pliego de cargos".
