El Jurado que sin justa causa, debidamente comprobada, dejare de concurrir a la audiencia pública en el día y la hora señalados, incurrirá en multa de cincuenta pesos por la primera vez, ciento en la segunda y doscientos en cada una de las sucesivas, multas que serán impuestas disciplinariamente por el juez del conocimiento.
