Entrega del certificado de pago a la(s) persona(s) jurídica(s). Realizada la entrega final del proyecto, conforme la certificación de recibo a satisfacción que emita la entidad territorial beneficiaria, la Agencia Nacional de Minería o la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos, según corresponda, contará con 30 días para la expedición de la certificación en la que conste que la persona jurídica realizó el respectivo pago por concepto de regalías”.
